Why Hire us?
-
Finding the right remote professional takes more than filling a position. At AllroundVA, we help you define the role, find and screen suitable professionals, prepare the engagement, and support the staffing relationship after the person starts.
You manage the work and outcomes. We support the staffing relationship.
-
We source and screen professionals based on the actual requirements of the role, including experience, skills, systems, communication, and other relevant requirements.
You get: Candidates considered specifically for your role.
-
Before candidates are presented, we check their remote setup, including equipment, internet, backup internet, workspace, and other requirements relevant to the role. Role-specific assessments may also be used where appropriate.
You get: Better visibility into whether the professional is prepared for the working arrangement.
-
We present suitable candidates for you to review and interview. You make the final decision on who you want to work with.
You get: A focused shortlist while keeping the final choice in your hands.
-
We support the required service agreement, independent contractor agreement, NDA where applicable, onboarding, and setup before the professional begins.
You get:
A structured start with the key terms, expectations, and confidentiality requirements clearly documented. -
Your AllroundVA Account Manager stays involved after the professional starts, supporting coordination, communication, follow-ups, issue escalation, attendance and working-hour records, time-tracking structure, and relationship support.
You get: A point of support around the staffing relationship while you manage the person's day-to-day work.
-
We structure the engagement around the role, workload, hours, and level of experience required. Full-time is around 40 hours per week, standard part-time is around 30 hours, and flexible part-time arrangements can be considered depending on the role.
You get: A staffing arrangement designed around the work you actually need done.
-
Our standard arrangement includes a two-week notice period for both the client and the professional. When a replacement is needed, we can support the recruitment process subject to the agreement.
You get: A more structured approach to transitions when circumstances change.
You get more than a person. You get support throughout the process.
From understanding the role and finding the right professional to screening, remote-readiness checks, client selection, onboarding, and ongoing account support, we stay involved throughout the staffing relationship.
